Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction on House Design Pro (housedesignpro.com).

Digital Products & Templates

All digital template and download sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the files. Due to the immediate-delivery nature of digital products, we are unable to issue refunds after delivery has occurred.

Courses

Course sales are final once you have accessed any course content. If you have purchased a course and have not yet accessed it, contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.

Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Access continues through the end of the period already paid.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
